This webinar will serve as a follow-up to reinforce momentum for the Pledge and offer an opportunity for additional countries to engage with the initiative before the United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC 3) in June 2025.
The presentations will introduce the Pledge, share why it is important for global sustainable ocean development and how your country or organisation can sign before or during UNOC 3.
The session will include presentations from a panel of countries that are interested in signing the pledge, discussing their progress and commitment to integrating ocean accounts into national governance frameworks.
